Orders Placed By Phone

If you prefer to order by phone, call us at 330-931-7847. If you receive our answering machine, please leave your name and phone number. You will receive a call back!

Shipping & Handling

We primarily ship priority mail or first class mail using the US Postal Service.  All available shipping options we provide are shown on the Cart and Checkout pages.  If a different shipping method such as express mail, is desired or required, please provide a comment in the Comments box on the Checkout page. Surcharges may apply for expediting orders. 

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing it. We normally do not send email confirmations of when the order is actually shipped. If email confirmation is desired, please provide a comment in the Comments box on the Billing and Information page during the checkout process. 

Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order and where it is being shipped to using real-time rates from USPS.  Shipping charges for orders can be calculated on the cart page and will be shown on the Checkout page.  You are welcome to contact us (using email or phone) at anytime to obtain an exact charge. 

Domestic Shipping Rates as of 1-1-2018: 
0 to 13 oz, First Class: Rate based on weight and destination 

0.00 to 0.50 lbs, Priority: $7.50

0.51 to 50.00 lbs: Rate based on weight and destination. 

International Shipping Rates as of 1-1-2018: 
An initial charge of $25.00 (US Dollars) will be initially added to the order, however a surcharge may apply. You will be contacted prior to any surcharge being added to your account. 


Refund Policy

Stadtlander Woodcarvings offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all merchandise (except closeouts, or limited quantity items as noted). Shipping costs are not refundable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, simply contact us via email stating the reason for return. Returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it was sent. All of our products are inspected for defects prior to shipping. If a product arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to contact Stadtlander Woodcarvings immediately. 

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
