DIAMOND

Diamond is the hardest material we know of and it wicks away heat faster than any other material so overall these tools run cooler. These tools have the diamond plated onto a blank that is precision turned for even coverage and a strong bond. They conform to ISO specifications for medium diamond grade 120-200 grit/100-60 micron. Diamond bits can be used on hard and soft woods for carving fine detailing and texturing. They can also be used on hardened steel, glass, precious metals, ceramics, stone and composite materials for a broad range of applications. These tools have a maximum speed rating of 120,000 rpm.
