Henry Taylor

One of the oldest and most respected chisel manufacturers, Henry Taylor offers a vast array of different chisels and gouges. 

Acorn Professional Tools have beech handles and come with a uniform black non-reflective finish on the outside, and a straw-colored ground surface on the inside. 

Ash Handles have Albright Finish. Handle Lengths vary 6 to 10 inches.

Comes sharpened or unsharpened (Factory Edge.) Knives and tools sold at Stadtlander Woodcarvings can have either a Factory Edge or an Extra Sharp edge. The factory does their best to provide a sharp edge but inevitably this is a mass production effort. An Extra Sharp edge is a special operation provided by Stadtlander Woodcarvings whereby an experienced woodcarver sharpens the tool to produce what we consider a better edge.
