Included in this book are five different techniques of painting.
The first, an Eastern bluebird, is hand painted in acrylics. Next, a cerulean
warbler “smoothie” also hand painted in acrylics. The third, an indigo bunting,
is airbrushed then hand painted in acrylics. The fourth, a blue grosbeak, is
painted with artists’ oils. Last, a blue jay, is hand painted with some iridescence.
Try the methods in this book and see what works for you and what gives you the
results you are trying to achieve! Good luck and have fun painting!
