Same as Item number 1241 Original Burke Sharpener except it has an additional lower shaft. The lower shaft has four paper wheels and a smaller buffing wheel mounted along the rod running on sealed ball bearings. The paper wheels are shaped with sandpaper while the unit is running, then charged with a buffing compound. They are used for honing the insides of your small tools or gouges. Perfect for that ultimate edge.
The upper shaft has 100 and 240 grit abrasive paper on the first two wheels, and the third is covered with leather for honing of your tools. Wheels on the upper shaft are 7.5 inches in diameter.
